Information clause GDPR
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter called General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:
1. The controller of the personal data is the Visible Foundation (Fundacja Widzialne) based at Plac Solidarności 1 in Gdańsk (80-863), e-mail address: kontakt@widzialne.com.pl.
2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
1) to inform You about activities or events organised by the Visible Foundation, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
2) to provide You with free legal assistance and/or professional counselling (career guidance) provided by the Visible Foundation on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR - processing of ordinary data), and in the case of disclosure of special categories of data (e.g. concerning health, family situation, ethnic origin) - on the basis of Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) or on the basis of Article 9(2)(d) of the GDPR (processing by a not-for-profit organisation as part of its legitimate statutory activities)
3) the conclusion or performance of a contract within the scope of the activities undertaken by the Visible Foundation (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
4) archiving, for the preservation of information in case of legal need to prove facts, which is the legitimate interest of the Visible Foundation (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
5) establishing, investigating or defending against claims, which is the legitimate interest of the Visible Foundation (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO),
6) surveying the satisfaction of those using or participating in the events or activities of the Visible Foundation, which is the legitimate interest of the Visible Foundation (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO),
7) to provide your feedback or to have you complete an evaluation survey about the events or activities of the Visible Foundation, which is a legitimate interest of the Widzialne Foundation (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
8) in the case of payment of funds to us, we process the personal data provided at your request – by recording the payment or payment history (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
3. Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected.
4. You have the right to:
1) to access your data and receive a copy of them,
2) rectification of your data,
3) erasure of your data,
4) to restrict the processing of your data,
5) to object to the processing of your data, including processing for direct marketing purposes,
6) data portability,
7) lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority) in case of unlawful data processing,
8) withdrawal of consent to data processing - withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before its withdrawal.

Data may only be shared with persons cooperating with the Visible Foundation (in particular workers, volunteers), and only to the extent necessary to provide assistance. Data will not be transferred outside the Visible Foundation without your consent.

Your consent to the processing of your personal data by the Visible Foundation and its entrustment is voluntary, but the consequence of not giving your consent will be that the data subject will not be able to participate in the events organised by the Visible Foundation and all other activities organised by the Widzialne Foundation.
